Early Intervention

Supporting infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families through specialized therapy, education, and family support services. Our early intervention team works with children from birth to age three to maximize their developmental potential.

School-Age Services

After-school and summer programs that provide educational support, recreational activities, and social skill development for children and teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We work closely with schools to ensure continuity of care.

Adult Day Programs

Structured day services that promote independence, community integration, and personal development. Activities include vocational training, life skills instruction, recreation, and community outings tailored to individual interests and goals.

Supported Employment

Job coaching, placement services, and ongoing support to help individuals find and maintain competitive employment in the community. We work with local employers to create inclusive workplaces and provide long-term job retention support.

Residential Services

A range of housing options from independent living support to 24-hour residential care. Our residential programs focus on helping individuals develop the skills needed to live as independently as possible while ensuring their health and safety.

Respite Care

Temporary care services that give family caregivers a break while ensuring their loved ones receive quality care in a safe, supervised environment. Available for a few hours, overnight, or extended periods.

Specialized Services

Behavioral Support

Positive behavior support planning and intervention services for individuals with challenging behaviors. Our certified behavior analysts work with individuals, families, and care teams to develop effective strategies.

Therapeutic Recreation

Recreational therapy programs designed to improve physical, cognitive, emotional, and social functioning. Activities include adaptive sports, arts and crafts, music therapy, and community recreation.

Transportation

Safe, reliable transportation services to help individuals access programs, employment, medical appointments, and community activities. Our trained drivers provide additional support as needed.

Program Admission

To access our programs, individuals must meet eligibility requirements and complete an intake process. We accept referrals from:
